Although the three-day outward bound training time is short, it is significant. I will never forget the solid and powerful arm on the back of the stage; I will not forget that the path of life on the bumpy road teaches us to treat all people with a grateful heart at all times; we will not forget the moment when the graduation wall touched the scene.
When I was tired and unable to set foot on my way back, my heart couldn’t calm down. Come back to these three days, let me remember my life and feel a lot! I was defeated by this rehearsal training. My myself have experienced the test of psychology and physiology, which has strengthened my self-confidence and made our members’ hands more tight, and the heart is closer. I believe everyone has gotten a lot of inspiration from it.
In this expansion, there are both individual and team projects. Only each member of the team can unite and help each other to complete the task together. In the future work, we must exert our potential, overcome psychological fear, dare to challenge, improve interpersonal relationships, learn to care for others, and establish team awareness. No matter what difficulties you encounter, you can make a breakthrough in the sky. It is a step closer to success. This expansion will benefit me for a lifetime, it will become an important milestone in my life! Finally, I would like to thank all the coaches of Lean Company, you have taught me a lot.
